What Does It Do?
The OUD-DS3 best practice is for all contact information records to contain data and not be blank.
This integrity check identifies phone number records where the phone number is blank so that they can be deleted.
How Is This Done?
This integrity check is run using a SQL Server view called [INTEGRITY_CHECKS].[dbo].[IDS.V-INTEGRITY CHECK-PHONE-Delete Blank Phone Numbers(DW)], which is located in DB-OUD > Databases > INTEGRITY_CHECKS > Views.
That view queries active phone records where the phone number is blank so that these records can be deleted.
