What Does It Do?
The OUD-DS3 best practice is for any MiMed patient data to be as protected and private as possible.
This integrity check identifies constituents who are MiMed faculty and staff with a spousal relationship to a constituent who is a MiMed patient so that the relationship can be removed from the MiMed tab for privacy reasons.
How Is This Done?
This integrity check is run using a DART query called “MiMed-staff with spouse mimed tab Audit”, which is located in Information Library > Users > krriegle.
That report queries active MiMed faculty/staff with a Spouse/Partner relationship to someone who is a MiMed patient so that the relationship record can be removed.
The results of this query are sent to the MiMed PDA team via Dropbox.
