This Report

This report pulls all Endowed Professorships (based on Purpose Category) within a designated date range, or unit.

Why use this report?

Use this report if you need to access a comprehensive list of Endowed Professorships established or active within a specific timeframe, with the ability to narrow your view to a particular campus unit or school.

E.g. Review all newly established Endowed Professorships within the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts (LSA) for the current fiscal year to track faculty chair growth.

Designation Establishment Dates (Required)

Answer the following prompts to define the calendar year range during which the designations were established.

  • Desigantion CY Start Date Between

    • Select the beginning of the date range for the CY the Designations were established.

    • E.g., 01/01/2020

  • And

    • Select the end of the date range for the CY the Designations were established.

    • E.g., 12/31/2023

Report Tabs

    • Provides a granular breakdown of specific gift designations including public names, purpose categories, and organizational site rollups

    • Includes tracking for designation start dates and fiscal years to monitor the activation and lifecycle of specific funds
