This Report

This report pulls information about Designations with either Donor Intent Attributes or Notes related to Donor Intent.

Why use this report?

Use this report if you need to identify and review specific fund designations that carry donor-stipulated restrictions, attributes, or detailed purpose notes regarding how a gift must be utilized.

E.g. Retrieve a list of Lookup IDs for all scholarship designations in the Medical School that contain specific "Donor Intent" notes to ensure upcoming expenditures align with the donor's original wishes.

  • Select this if you want to limit your search to a specific VP Area.

  • E.g., Office of Research

• Enter value(s) for Purpose SCU Rollup

  • Select this if you want to limit your search to a specific School, College, or Unit.

  • E.g., Ross School of Business

Financial and Designation Identifiers (Optional)

Answer the following prompts to narrow results to specific physical sites, department codes, or fund designations.

  • Select this if you want to limit your search to a specific Site.

  • E.g., Museum of Art
