Depending on what tool you use to create your document - there are different ways you can check to make sure that your document is accessible. Currently the downloadable version of Microsoft products has the best tools to evaluate if a document is accessible. We have provided instructions for multiple tools:
- Google docs, spreadsheets, and slides
- Office 365 tools (Download version)
- Office 365 (Online version)
- Adobe Acrobat
