This document will demonstrate the steps Canvas users can take to update the notifications Canvas sends to users.
1. From the Canvas homepage, click the icon labeled with either Account or your name on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. Click Notifications.
3. You can adjust your notifications for all of your courses by selecting “Account” from the drop-down menu OR you can select a specific course you want to adjust your notifications for by selecting that particular course from the drop-down menu.
4. You can adjust the timing of notifications by clicking on the icons to the right of each individual Canvas property.
