When I connect using the VMware Horizon Client, why don't I see any of the CAEN Labs options?

There may be a few reasons why this occurs:
You may not currently be eligible for
full CAEN access
, which is necessary for connecting to the
Windows Remote Desktop Service

You may need to update the settings in the VMware Horizon Client. For example, make sure you are setting your connection server to
caen.midesktop.it.umich.edu
