What is Zoombombing? How do I make sure my remote meeting is private and secure?

Universities across the country have reported instances of Zoombombing, where malicious people enter an unsecured videoconference meeting and use the screen-sharing feature to display inappropriate and disruptive content. Most video conferencing services offer ways to protect your meetings:
