No. Due to licensing and other restrictions, the software can only be run on designated University- or CAEN-managed computers.
Most software applications can still be run by connecting remotely to CAEN Windows computers.
Also note that there are individual, educational software licenses of many Engineering applications available for students to download at no cost.
