AI Helper Privacy Policy

AI Helper values the privacy of its users and is dedicated to protecting your personal information. We are committed to transparency by providing a clear understanding of what personal information we collect, how we use it, and when we share it.

This notice applies to our practices for collecting and processing personal information related to the AI Helper application. Use of AI Helper is limited to individuals who have accounts at the University of Michigan.

• We do not collect the prompts or responses that you generate using AI Helper.

Automatically Collected Information:

• Your username

• Which AI Helper tool you are using

• Date and time of application usage

• AI Token usage

How We Use Personal Information

AI Helper uses your information to:

• Monitor application performance and improve functionality and user experience.

• Provide support and troubleshoot issues.

We also use de-identified and/or aggregated information to:

• Monitor usage trends to inform product development.

• Enhance application performance and compatibility.

• Project future usage and service scalability.

This privacy notice may be updated periodically. The date of the last update will be posted at the top of this policy.
