What should I do if the keyboard stops responding after logging into a Windows CLSE or EBD computer?

If your keyboard stops responding after logging into a Windows CLSE or EBD computer, you may have inadvertently enabled an accessibility keyboard setting.

To fix this, go to the Windows Menu and click Settings, then Accessibility from the left column, and Keyboard in the center pane. If Sticky Keys, Filter Keys, or Toggle Keys are enabled, disable each of them.
