What should I do when I try to connect to the the CAEN Windows Remote Desktop service, and get a message stating "The attempted logon is invalid..."?

If you see a message stating The attempted logon is invalid. This could be due to a bad username or authentication information as shown in the example below, make sure you are logging in using just your U-M uniqname as your username. Attempting to log in with your full U-M email address (e.g. uniqname@umich.edu) as the username will result in the error.
