Due to changes in the vendor license for Minitab, there are only a limited number of licenses available to the College of Engineering. In addition, users will be required to log in with their U-M credentials when launching Minitab, as described below.
If you wish to use Minitab and are denied access when attempting to launch it, you must first fill out and submit our CLSE Software License Access Request form to gain access to the license.
Minitab is now available via cloud-based service, allowing students and faculty to access the software via web browser using Minitab’s online portal, https://app.minitab.com. Optionally, the software can also be downloaded and installed locally on personal Windows computers for those with access to the license.
