How do I get an activity from Sessions @ Michigan imported into PDAT?

If the track name/session name/description of an activity in Sessions @ Michigan contains DEI-related phrasing, it is likely that an activity will already be pulled into PDAT.

Additionally, if you add an activity to Sessions and include one of the following hashtags in the track name, track description, session name, or session description, the activity will automatically be imported into PDAT.

Note: Hashtag capitalization does not matter, but the hashtag symbol (#) must be present, and spaces are not permitted.

  • #DEI

  • #Diversity

  • #Equity

  • #Inclusion

  • #Equitability

  • #Leadership

  • #Management

  • #Teaching

Good to know:

  • New attendees will be synced, but other changes (such as renaming a track/session) will not be synced in PDAT once the activity has been imported the first time.
  • New attendees will not appear in PDAT until the day after they appear in Sessions.
