CAEN provides a responsive, accessible theme for all sites in the Web Publishing service. As of August 2025, all newly created sites use the Forty-two theme and the previous theme, Renovation, will no longer be available for new sites. However, Renovation will continue to be supported for sites that were already using it prior to that date.
Developed by Michigan Engineering's Communications and Marketing team, the Forty-two theme offers a modern, flexible design while preserving a familiar editing experience for site owners.
All sites in the CAEN Web Publishing service use a CAEN-provided theme; Custom or third party themes are not supported.
