The process for orders not picked up


A refund will be issued if you are unable to pick up your order within the timeframe listed on your order.

  • Your item will be returned to inventory, and a refund will be applied to your original payment method.

    • Refunds are processed when you receive email notification from Dispo Direct that a refund has been issued.         

    • It may take your Financial Institution several business days to process the refund.
