NetCatering Troubleshooting

Audience: SLTS Operations

Issue#1: Michigan Dining Systems may be reporting that the NetCatering Monitor is down.

Resolution:

Log into sl-prod-fss.adsroot.itcs.umich.edu through remote desktop.

Then go into the Task Scheduler and restart both of these - 

Launch NCMonitor Cafe to Go

Launch NCMonitor Student Catering

That should solve the issue.

Issue#2:  Orders are getting "stuck" in netcatering. In Netcatering they just say "submitted", yet nothing ever shows up in EventMaster.

Resolution: The service account used by NetCatering for sending mail hsg-rds-specialevent had the wrong credentials stored. This would happen if someone changed the credentials and NetCatering was not updated.

**These credentials are stored in Keeper
