As seen here, the display name is incorrect.  (UMSN Communications 123 vs. UMSN Communications)

Troubleshooting:

  • This issue is caused by invalid entries in a user's 'contact index' within O365/Outlook.
  • To resolve, navigate here:  https://myaccount.microsoft.com/settingsandprivacy/privacy
  • Once logged in, expand 'Manage Contact Search' and use the 'Reset Index' option.
    • This process, once completed, can take 24-48 hours to propagate the reset.

Expected Result:

  • After completing the reset, and waiting the appropriate amount of time, the search results will return the expected name for the contact being searched.
