Respondus Unit Responsibilities

The School of Nursing shall act as the primary business contact and Respondus and provide annual license renewal costs to Partner Units as soon as possible.

The School of Nursing will provide Partner Units with access to the current version of the Respondus software installers.

The School of Nursing will serve as Partner Units’ point of contact for vendor support.

Unit may submit support request to UMSN-IT via the Respondus Support Request Form (See: U-M Respondus Partner Unit Support Request Form)

ITS will provide technical support and vendor management with respect to the technical integration between Respondus and Instructure Canvas. ITS is not responsible for any business or contract management issues between Respondus and/or the signatory academic units (this includes responsibility for paying annual license fees and recharging participating campus partners).

Partner Units agree to provide UM shortcodes two weeks prior to the annual license renewal date, and the listed Unit Charge will be debited from that account.

Partner Units are responsible for all user support related to their use of Respondus Lockdown Browser, Respondus Monitor, and Respondus 4.0.
