ITS MiWorkspace has a service form to fill out to request software changes.
Process

Their team prefers .msi files over .exe
UMSN Software Locations
Here is where we obtain various software:
- Respondus
- Sign into the Respondus Admin page
- Select "LockDown Browser Installer"
- Download the appropriate Windows, Mac, or Win Lab / managed msi file.
- Echo360
- Log into Echo360
- In the upper right, select the cog, then select Downloads
- Download the appropriate Universal Capture: Classroom or Personal file
- For Classroom you'll need the Institution ID key which can be found by pressing the i next to the download.
Turnaround time
After submitting the form, ITS may ask you questions about how to deploy the software.
Then the turn around time may be 2 weeks.
Thanks for your request. Please note that our standard turn-around time for packaging requests is approximately 2 weeks / 10 business days, which includes the packaging and testing of several deployment methods, as well as any Unit testing that is required before a productions deployment.
