Summary
Bloomberg fails to launch, and instead, returns an error message: "You have insufficient rights to run the Bloomberg Professional Terminal. Would you like to launch a tool to set up proper permissions?"
- This is due to a Windows profile not having the correct rights to run Bloomberg Software.

- Attempt to run the included Bloomberg permissions tool from the prompt (requires admin rights).
- If the permissions tool fails, attempt a reinstall. The installer can be found in: \\lsa-ehts.m.storage.umich.edu\lsa-ehts\Windows\Software\Bloomberg
- To complete the the installation it may be necessary to contact Bloomberg Support when prompted for licensing: 1-212-318-2000
