Directions

The bidirection support feature can cause printing issues with your HP printer such that it continuously prints the same print job. Follow these steps to disable bidirectional support:

1. Click the Windows icon and then click Devices and Printers.
2. Right-click the HP printer and then click Properties.
3. Click the Ports tab.
4. Make sure that the Enable bidirectional support checkbox is unchecked. If it is checked, click the checkbox, click Apply, and then click OK.
5. Print a test page to confirm that you have resolved the problem.
