Environment
macOS
Directions
- Open the Finder and navigate to /Library/Preferences. (This should be the root /Library/Preferences, not /Users/username/Library/Preferences.)
- In the Preferences folder, delete the com.apple.Bluetooth.plist file.
- Shut down the computer by choosing Shut Down from the Apple menu. Choosing Restart is not sufficient.
- Wait a few seconds, then power the computer back on.
