Archive new Course Syllabi within the Faculty Life Cycle Portal (FLC).

Environment

Latest versions of the following browsers:

• Chrome
• Internet Explorer
• Safari
• Firefox

Directions

1. Go to the Faculty Life Cycle Portal.
2. On the top menu, select Teaching and Learning, Syllabi Archive, Syllabus Archive Management Tool.
3. Select your Department, Term, Subject, Catalog Nbr, Class Section and Instructor from dropdowns.
4. Choose your syllabi from your local machine in Adobe PDF file format only.
5. Click on the Submit button to upload your syllabi to the archive. Course and Instructor details auto populate from the LSA Course Guide database.
