Since the Okta single sign-on solution was launched on 2/25, several users have reported problems accessing Management Reporting System - MRS, https://mrs.lsa.umich.edu/, for the specific reports containing embedded Tableau dashboards and reports. Users affected see an "okta.umich.edu refused to connect." error, shown in the image below:

Workarounds for this issue:
- Have the user log in directly to the central campus Tableau server at https://tableau.dsc.umich.edu/. After a successful login there, have the user visit the MRS site and access the report.
- Alternative #1: Restart the computer
- Alternative #2: Clear the browser cache and cookies
- Alternative #3: Use a different browser. This problem is most common with Google Chrome. Firefox is the recommended browser for interacting with MRS.
