Environment

Technology Library Portal with WebCheckout

Directions 

1. Navigate to the Home Page of the Technology Library Portal using the Home icon in the sidebar or by clicking on the LSA-TS logo in the upper left corner of the webpage.

• Select the reservation that you would like to edit in the Upcoming Reservations section.

• Select the Pen icon (🖉) in the upper right corner of the webpage to Edit the reservation.

  • OR click EDIT CK###### under the ACTIONS sidebar.

2. Make edits to your reservation.

• Options for editing reservations include changing the Start and/or End times, adding and removing items, and adding additional information.

• Note: when making edits to the Start and/or End times, be sure to click the green check mark (🗸) to the right of the "Times" field to apply your changes to the checkout.

       3. Select the "Submit Changes" button in the bottom right corner of the web page.

• Note: if the edits you make to the reservation go against any of the Technology Library Policies, the Portal will flag errors and will not allow you to submit your changes.

Click on the red exclamation point ( ! ) next to the impacted item to find out what the error is. 

To fix an error:

• Make the appropriate changes so that your reservation follows the Technology Library's Policies
