This article will guide you through the steps for editing a reservation in the Technology Library Portal

Technology Library Portal with WebCheckout
Directions

Navigate to the Home page of the Technology Library Portal using the Home icon in the sidebar or by clicking on the LSA TS logo in the upper left corner of the webpage.

Select the reservation that you would like to edit in the Upcoming Reservations section.

Select the Pen icon (🖉) in the upper right corner of the webpage to Edit the reservation.

OR click Edit CK-###### under the Actions sidebar.

Make the edits that you would like to make to your reservation.

Edit reservations options include changing the Start and/or End Times, adding and removing items, and adding additional information.

Note: when making edits to the Start and/or End Times, be sure to click the green checkmark (🗸) to the right of the "Times" field to apply your changes to the checkout.

Select the “Submit Changes” button in the bottom right corner of the webpage.

Note: if the edits you make to the reservation go against any of the Technology Library’s Policies, the Portal will flag the errors and will not allow you to submit your changes. To fix an error:

Click on the red exclamation point ( ! ) next to the impacted item to find out what the error is.

Make the appropriate changes so that your reservation follows the Technology Library’s Policies.

If you want something that’s outside of our general policy, please fill out our Special Request form - these will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
