Types of groups and recommended naming conventions:
- MCommunity groups are used to send emails, share U-M Google resources, authorize access to resources, and more.
Recommended Naming Convention: Mcomm-lsa-(add group name)
- Folder Groups are groups used to grant access to a particular folder in a drive. A group may also have special permissions on the type of access the group grants.
Recommended Naming Convention: lsa-dept-f-(add folder name)
