LSA-TS Instructional Computing - primary responsibilities

This brief article outlines services provided by LSA-TS Instructional Computing staff in hundreds of rooms across central campus, describing that team's collaboration with TAG and Zone technnicians.

The LSA-TS Instructional Computing team provides support for centrally managed computers and Wolfvision Cynap devices in classrooms, auditoriums, instructional labs, conference rooms, and various departmentally owned spaces. Routine issues (including trouble with a user's own laptop computer) are attended to by TAG and Zone technicians, who contact Instructional Computing staff for assistance with installed equipment when necessary.
