Logging in

Users will log in through https://dashboard.robinpowered.com/lsa-umich

Users should select Continue with Single-On and enter umich credentials through Microsoft login screen (See Logging into Robin)

Connecting a Google Calendar

Instructions for how to connect a user's calendar can be found in the Robin User Guide. Users can verify their connection by viewing their Workweek under the Schedule tab. If their meeting schedule is blank, they need to go into User Settings > Integrations and select the Connect button for Google Apps.

User Settings

Reversed Initials

Profile Icon may appear with the initials reversed. This can be corrected by going into User Settings and typing name in the field as First Name Last Name (ex. John Doe instead of Doe, John).

Default location & schedule

When selecting the Office tab, the map may not be the preferred location for the user. There's a prompt to choose the preferred location when first logging in, but if a user needs to set/change this after, it can be found under User Settings > Default location & schedule
