Process
- Once an article is submitted for review, it goes through an approval process.
- Every morning the KB Editor Team is emailed a list of all articles pending approvals.
- Editors are emailed articles where they are listed as an approver.
- Editors should approve articles usually within 1 business day. If your article has not been approved in a timely fashion please leave a message in the #proj-clientsuccess-tdx-help channel.
