- Does the University have a central license for Mailchimp?
No. There is no central license for MailChimp or any email marketing platform at the moment.
- How can a unit set up a MailChimp account?
Units can visit https://mailchimp.com/ and set up an account with a personal or unit umich email address.
- Can you use an MCommunity group as an email subscriber?
No. Using a listserv or MCommunity group email address violates CAN-SPAM Act and can send campaigns to an individual multiple times. Send campaigns to individual email addresses only.
