Signing into Adobe Creative Cloud using your user license


Download and sign into Adobe Creative Cloud account using your user license.


Adobe Creative Cloud accounts are available to all active faculty, staff, and students at the University of Michigan.

  1. Open the Creative Cloud Desktop application, it will prompt you to sign in as shown in step 2. If you don't have the Adobe Creative Cloud Application you can install it from the web here.
  2. You will be asked to sign in, use your umich email, click continue
  3. Choose the "Company or School Account" option
  4. You will then be directed to the UofM Single Sign On (SSO). Enter your credentials and click 'Sign In'
  5. If this is your first time going through this process, you will be asked confirm your information, double check the information and click Confirm at the bottom
  6. If you already had Adobe Creative Cloud installed, you may stop here, if you are installing it for the first time, please continue on with steps 7-9
  7. While Adobe Creative Cloud is downloading, they may ask you a few questions, you can simply just click "Skip Question" on both of them
  8. You should be automatically signed in and have access to the Suite of applications
  9. You can simply click "Install" on any application you wish to have listed under the "Available in your plan" section
