Is the "Account created" email spam or phishing?

Question

Is this Spam/Phishing email? U-M user gets an email titled "Account Created" sent by <noreply@ithenticate.com>.

The email contents are below:

U-M is piloting the use by faculty of iThenticate, a self-use

plagiarism detection application. iThenticate compares your draft research documents (e.g., grant proposals, draft articles) to published/online source materials and evaluates your text for risks of plagiarism. Answer

This is not a spam email. This is a new pilot from the Research Ethics and Compliance department within the University. The password is a one time use to log in, and must be changed after use.
