Notes

For additional functionality on a mobile device

Use Microsoft Office Lens for when you need OCR (converting the image to text, so you can copy text out of the document, or turn a scan into a fully-editable document) and stronger integration with MicroSoft Office applications.

Download Microsoft Office Lens from either the Google Play Store or the Apple Store.

For additional functionality on a laptop or desktop

Adobe Scan saves your scan to the Adobe Document Cloud (which is not the same as Adobe Creative Cloud). Adobe Document Cloud files are automatically available in Acrobat Pro when you sign in and can easily be further edited using Acrobat. You can see Adobe Scan files under Document Cloud files in Adobe Acrobat.
