To download the latest release, please register and create a new account (using your umich email address) from here: Registration Link Ignore the note that it is not secure and proceed to registration

Once a new account has been created, log-in with your umich email address at the PerkinElmer Download Center here: From there, you should be taken to the product download selection & licensing page.

Should you need to retrieve the activation code from within your PerkinElmer account: click on 'Order History' from the left-side navigation bar, select the newest order number, and then select the version & platform of the product you need.

Finding Your License Number

Your license number should be delivered by email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam filter, in case the message was filtered out of your inbox. In the event you still haven't received the email with the license number, you can log in to your CSWebUser account to retrieve it.

After logging in, if you are eligible for a Site Subscription, two links will appear on the right-hand side of the screen: My Site Subscription will give you access to the download files, and My Downloads will show you all serial numbers that have been assigned to you, including those for a Site Subscription (as well as any trials or other software you may have purchased).

The software can be activated three times for each license. After that, PerkinElmer Customer Service will need to be contacted, and they will require a legitimate reason for requesting more activations. PerkinElmer will examine the activation history associated with that particular license and the reasoning for more activations in order to decide eligibility for an increase in activations. In most cases, increasing your activations should not be an issue.
