SSC - HR - Recruitment Process - Remote I-9 Request

EMPLOYEES CANNOT SUBMIT THEIR OWN REMOTE I-9 REQUESTS. Please ask your department to submit a request on your behalf.

Off-Site Locations: Requests pertaining to five (5) or more new hires should include the new hire information as an attachment using this I-9 New Hire Template. Otherwise, please list the new hire's first and last name, UMID, email address, and start date in the "Additional Comments" section.

Employees Working Outside the U.S.: Employees currently residing outside the United States cannot complete an I-9 until they return to U.S. soil. If an employee will be working outside of the U.S., please ensure that they have secured the necessary approvals and add the appropriate indicators to identify them as an individual outside of the U.S. in M-Pathways.
UMID of the Employee needed the remote I-9
Provide the Employee's email that should be used for receiving Remote I-9 processing communications.  This may be an external email address.
The address provided should be the address where the remote employee is currently working and will be able to complete their I-9.
The start date should reflect the first day of employment.
Please do not include Social Security Numbers (SSN) in the Additional Comments field.
If necessary, please supply any additional information that will help us process your request.
