This is a step-by-step guide to accessing and approving expense requests in Chrome River. You can also watch a short demo video.
1. Navigate to your email to access your notification messages from Teamdynamix and Chrome River.
2. To access this expense report or the Chrome River application select click here (at the bottom of the message).
3. If the receipt has been truncated, select the ellipsis at the bottom. This will expand the view so you can access the link to Chrome River.
4. In the report in Chrome River, each expense is listed individually. Select a line to review the expense.
5. Review the attached receipts and other documentation to verify the expense.
6. If the report is ready to be approved, select Approve**.**
7. You can add an approver in this step. This is optional and you can only add one approver at a time. If you are not adding an approver, skip to step 11.
8. To add an approver, use the Search for Name field.
9. Select the name from the drop down menu.
10. Add comments in the text box if necessary.
11. Select Approve.
12. If the report is inaccurate, navigate to your Teamdynamix email notification and inform the team in the email (or ticket) that the report cannot be approved. Do NOT select Return in Chrome River.
