Are there any loaner laptop programs available to U-M faculty, staff, and students?
Is there a way to borrow an iPad, audiovisual gear, or other types of equipment?

A number of University of Michigan units operate loaner equipment programs, for specific uses and groups of faculty, staff, and/or students.

U-M Library - Checkout Special Items and Equipment
- Offering bike pumps; Kill A Watt meters; adapters and cables; CD/DVD/Blu-ray drives and headphones; and laptop locks, for eligible borrowers
LSA Technology Services Equipment Loan Catalog
- Offering a wide variety of computing and audio/visual equipment, for LSA and CoE instructors, faculty, staff, and UM students enrolled in an LSA or CoE course
UM-Flint Emergency Laptop Loan Program
- Offering Windows PC laptops and other equipment, for UM-Flint students
School of Public Health Laptop Loaner Program
- Offering Windows PC laptops, for Public Health students enrolled in a residential program
Sites@Home Laptop Loaner Program
- Offering Windows PC laptops or MacBook Airs, for actively enrolled Ann Arbor students
Michigan Undergraduate Laptop Program
- Offering Macbook Airs, for eligible incoming students on the UM-Ann Arbor campus
