MiVideo: Imported Media Gallery in Canvas Does Not Contain Playlists

Issue

A Media Gallery was imported into a course. All the media imported, however the playlists are missing.

Resolution

There is a 10 playlist limit when importing media from a Media Gallery. If you have more than 10 playlists in the Media Gallery you import from, none of the playlists will be recreated.

After importing the Media Gallery, please contact the ITS Service Center for further assistance. The ITS-MiVideo team has a workaround to recreate all the playlists for your Media Gallery. Please provide the course from which the Media Gallery was imported from as well as the course the Media Gallery was imported into.
