Issue
- A change was made to MPathways Financial Aid award notice self-service pages for aid year 2023
- Access to awards for Students and Parents has been updated
- MED and LAW student awards did not change
Resolution
- Students
- Clicking an award notice link opens a .pdf or connects to a web page/url, depending on your circumstance (award year, student program, etc)
- This change does not affect MED and LAW student programs
- MED and LAW students will continue to open the .pdf
- Parents
- The Award Notices tab has been removed from Parent self-service
- Parents review awards on the Award Summary tab
