Issue

The Zoom Workplace desktop app won't uninstall on my Windows computer. How do I uninstall it?

Resolution

If you are having trouble uninstalling the Zoom desktop app, you should download and run the CleanZoom tool (developed by Zoom). Refer to Zoom Support for full instructions on using the tool. After the tool is run and the app is uninstalled successfully, you can then reinstall the app if desired.

Additional Information

Sometimes, the uninstall feature in your Windows settings or the Control Panel is broken, which is why it is not uninstalling.
