SLACK: Missing Messages in iOS Application

This article provides information about resetting the cache on the Slack iOS application to help show missing messages.

Issue

Sometimes, people may be missing messages from Slack channels when using the iOS application.

Resolution

To resolve this, reset the cache for the Slack app for iOS:

1. Quit the Slack iOS app.
2. Tap Settings (gear icon app) from the iOS home screen
3. Scroll down and tap Slack
4. Tap Reset Cache on Next Launch to toggle it on
5. Close and relaunch the Slack iOS app and check if the missing messages now appear
