How do I start a remote support session using the ITS BeyondTrust Representative Console?
Resolution
Access to this service is only available to certain departments via OARS request. If you do not have access to BeyondTrust and should, please submit an OARS request or contact your department about requesting access.
Instructions for using the BeyondTrust Representative Console
These instructions are based on your type of access and require a UMICH account/login to view.
- View-Only representative console users (Shared Services Center, ITS Tier 3 Support):
- Attended (sometimes referred to as "regular") representative console users (ITS Service Center, Neighborhood IT, MWS Engineering, SLTS, some others):
- MiWorkspace jump client representative console users (ITS Service Center, Neighborhood IT, MWS Engineering only):
- Digital Signage Team and Student Life Digital Signage Team representative console users (ITS Digital Signage Team and SLTS Digital Signage Team only):
