Issue
Is there a way to determine where a specific media entry I own, or am a collaborator on, is published?
Resolution
Canvas
- Navigate to Account > My Media.
- Click the "Detailed view" icon to view the results as a thumbnail display.
- The publishing status appears next to the media item in a colored box.
- If the entry is published, click the green Published box.
- A popup window appears indicating the entry is published in Canvas.
- If the course names begins with Embedded in Context followed by the course name, then the item is embedded into course content (ie. a Page or Module) in that course.
- If the course name does not have any text in front of it, then the item is published in the Media Gallery of that course.
