My LINC data is now available in Business Objects. With this access users can run reports and receive real-time data.

How do I access My LINC data within Business Objects?

Resolution

You can access My LINC data within Business Objects.

• Users must submit an OARS request (see Submit OARS Access Request for full information) and ask for the role MyLinc Data - BO (MLNC):

• This role will be approved by the HR security analysts

Users can build their own custom reports or use one of the four pre-built reports that come with the access.

• User Training by Activity
• User Training by Activity and Department
• User Training by Department
• User Training by Uniqname

The navigation in Business Objects to the My LINC folder is: Public Folders > UM Maintained > Human Resources > My LINC
