Requesting Support

There are two University-related Tableau server environments: the campus or Michigan Medicine. If you have support questions, you will need to know which server you are on in order to correctly route your question. 

• If the URL of the dashboard or the URL of the server login contains tab.med.umich.edu, contact Health Information Technology & Services (HITS) for support.
• If the URL of the dahboard or the URL of the server login contains tableau.dsc.umich.edu  or  tableaunp.dsc.umich.edu, contact the ITS Service Center for support.
