Issue

We would like to include customers on the Notify list so that they can receive emails of updates to their tickets instead of limiting comment view to only the internal team.

Resolution

Each TeamDynamix application is individually configured to automatically add requestors to the Notify List or to require manual population of the Notify List. 

  • The ITS Tickets application is configured to require manual population of the notify list.

Regardless of the configuration of each TDX application, the technician updating the ticket can, and should, review and edit the Notify List to ensure that the desired individuals are notified (receive an email) about ticket updates.
