Summary
Each TDX ticketing app can be configured to have a Default Status for tickets that come off Hold status. In TDX ticketing apps that don't have a default status configured, the ticket will return to the status prior to being put on hold

What happens to a TeamDynamix ticket when it goes off hold?
Resolution
In Admin Settings, administrators can choose a status to apply when tickets are automatically taken off hold. If no value is selected, the system will put tickets back in the status they had when they were put on hold.

What causes a ticket to come off Hold?
- The "on hold until" date/time is reached
- On Hold includes: Scheduled, Awaiting User Info,, Awaiting 3rd Party
- A comment is added to the ticket, any ticket tasks, or any replies are made to existing comments in the feed
