Issue

Alternatives to using Boomerang for Gmail for snoozing and sending scheduled email.

Resolution

The University does not encourage the use of Boomerang for Gmail as there is no central campus license or agreement for Boomerang. It is NOT approved for use with sensitive data, and any issues caused by using Boomerang will need to be resolved by the user as ITS does not provide support. The main reasons people used Boomerang were to snooze and/or schedule an email in Gmail. Those features are now built into Gmail.
