"Unable to connect to the RenServer." Error When Running MPathways Report

Issue

An error is popping up when running a report in an MPathways system which says: "Unable to connect to the RenServer."

Resolution

This is a known issue which can occur when running MPathways reports. When this occurs, it is necessary to retrieve the report results from the Report Manager: Retrieving a Report from the Report Manager.
